Tests

All tests performed by UGIVIS’ testing staff, certified by TÜV, follow the correct implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
During the various working-phases, UGIVIS carries out all the standard dimensional controls made with gauges and micrometers, or a dimensional-report using a high-definition optical dimensional control machine.
UGIVIS testing team continuously perform strain test in order to verify the extension and tensile strength (Rp; Rz; A)
Moreover customers can request 3.1 certifications, and we will soon be able to provide VDA (in progress), or PPAP (in progress) certifications too.
In order to achieve a higher safety and a better quality of employed materials, UGIVIS uses a portable spectrometer to perform the chemical analysis of the raw-material and the finished products.
