The production of customer-made special parts represent the technological leading edge of UGIVIS, and the main characteristic among international fasteners, bolts and drawn wires industries.
In order to meet customers’ projecting needs, UGIVIS realizes “unique” products, according to design or material: a developing working-team offers its competence working together with companies, by guaranteeing them freedom of creativity in the realization of special parts
This cooperation, in the first stage of the project, allows UGIVIS to reach the best results, to respect customers’ designs and to ensure those high quality and economical levels, required to realize the product.

Horizontal cold press machines are used to produce items based on clients designs.
If needed, the products are finished using a lathe to form cuts not possible with a press machine.
In some cases UGIVIS, will pre-heat the wire to obtain complicated shapes, or to preserve the machinery during critical procedures (for example for automotive products).
UGIVIS’ expertise includes, other than stainless steel, the shaping of nickel alloys such as A286, AISI 305, Hi Ni alloys, and Titanium materials.
